表面与低维物理

本方向团队共有成员8人,其中包括教授4人(2名国家级青年人才)、副教授4人,5位博士研究生导师、4位硕士研究生导师,团队负责人杜轶教授。在国际一流学术期刊(包括Nature子刊、Science子刊、Phys. Rev. Lett.、J. Am. Chem. Soc.、Adv. Mater.、Nano Lett. 等)发表高水平研究成果,获批包括科技部重点研发等国家和省部级项目30余项。目前,承担科技部重点研发项目、自然科学基金面上、北京市重点项目、北航高水平学生科技创新团队项目、电科院重点项目等研究项目30余项。获得中国材料研究学会二等奖1项,教育部自然科学二等奖1项。

基本情况

本方向聚焦低维量子物质的起源机制、电子相互作用规律与可控量子态构筑,面向量子阻挫体系、拓扑量子物态、二维磁性、强关联体系和先进量子表征技术等关键前沿问题,在原位、超高真空、低级温、强磁场下实现超高空间分辨、超高能量分辨、超快时间分辨的先端研究能力,形成具有辨识度的“表面与低维量子物理”科研方向。通过持续优化学科结构,本方向已构建以拓扑量子物态、二维磁性与自旋织构、量子几何与强关联调控、量子界面催化物理、低维量子器件物理为核心的优势体系,打造基于表面物理的国际前沿量子高峰方向。依托团队长期积累的MBE–STM/qPlus–ARPES–PPMS–同步辐射全链条实验体系,以及TB/DFT/Monte Carlo等量子理论与计算手段,形成理论–计算–实验一体化的量子物质研究架构,实现从“原子级设计与制造—量子态构建与相互作用调控—器件开发与验证”的全流程贯通。本方向着力推动表面与低维物理与工程、先进材料、量子传感与量子信息等领域的深度交叉,构建“量子物理×先进仪器”双驱动模式。依托自主研发的扫描探针显微镜、原位光谱、极端环境物性测量平台,开展原位调控(电场、磁场、应变、温度)下的多场耦合研究。同时,本方向建设了高水平的先进分析测试平台和科研仪器工程化基地,推动科研成果与仪器平台“双轮驱动”发展,形成贯通本科—硕士—博士的人才培养体系,为建设国际领先的表面与低维量子物理学科提供持续动力。

学生培养:

持续建设育人平台,学业导师6人,研究生思政导师4人,充分发挥导师在导学、导心、导向、导行方面的作用。团队本科生在二维材料、扫描隧道显微镜开发、低维异质结构研究等领域开展研究工作,获得包括第十六届、十八届、十九届“挑战杯”全国大学生课外学术科技作品竞赛特等奖三项(破全国纪录)、第十二届北京市大学生物理实验竞赛一等奖、北航“冯如杯”学生学术科技作品竞赛一等奖等国家级奖项3项,省部级10项。过去三年,团队研究生获得“青年托举”项目、国家奖学金、北京市优秀毕业生、北航“五四”奖章、国家奖学金、williamhill官网优秀博士一等奖学金、williamhill官网博士研究生卓越学术基金等项目及荣誉50余项。
